Great little BYOB spot in downtown St. Charles. We only had a few appetizers but will definitely be back for entrees. Ahi tuna and oysters were very fresh. It was a very small menu which makes me think it is carefully picked and well thought out. Service was great and very attentive. Even brought us chilled glasses for the beer we brought. Please note* bring cash to tip, they do not have it as an option on the receipt.

Very nice and quiant place, Ernie was such a great server, the tuna tower was absolutely delicious! Shrimp Tacos were delicious 😋 highly recommend.

If you’ve not been to E&S, you don’t know what you are missing! THE BEST seafood around. Sea bass and Halibut pictured in different preparations; and the tuna tower with fresh crab meat. Superior meal! You can pick your own piece of fish from the cabinet. BYOB (no fee)

Lovely restaurant tucked into a strip mall on 31 just north of St Charles. Huge selection of seafood. Nice menu options. The group I went with raved about every entree from the oysters to the soup to the shrimp roll, pasta, and crab cakes. It was all fantastic. We were there at the end of the lunch hours and service was excellent. I'm looking forward to going back.

What a hidden gem! Friends took us to this amazing restaurant. It’s BYOB, so bring some drinks. The service we had was amazing, friendly and water glass never empty. The fresh fish selections were amazing. Tuna appetizer was amazing. Along with crab cakes and oysters. Grouper was amazing. Halibut was amazing. Scallops were amazing. The food is so delicious, fresh, and healthy! The mango salsa tastes great! Ernie waited on us. He is very knowledgeable about the different fish, he’s attentive, and a fantastic server!!!! Always superior experience each time we’ve gone!!!

Coming into E&S is a bit odd. There’s a restaurant and a seafood counter and you’re not certain if your supposed to seat yourself. Might just be a sign of the times but took a few minutes to have someone show us to the table. The entire somewhat simple lunch menu here looks great, I wish we could try it all. Three of us ordered the sautéed grouper sandwich, the shrimp roll and the shrimp quesadillas. This seafood was all fantastic. If you’re looking for a fast, efficient, high volume place this isn’t your restaurant. Try it if you are looking for something different.
